Volunteer With Us
Volunteers are essential in RDA life. Each child has up to 3 helpers, depending on their disability, and we are always in need of more. There is no need for an equestrian background, just enthusiasm and interest in helping our disabled children. Training and a DBS check is done for all volunteers when you start and we guarantee fun and personal achievement when you volunteer with us. Duke of Edinburgh and YELA (Young Equestrian Leadership Award) students are welcome. Anyone 12 and over can volunteer.
As well as helpers, we are always looking for people aspiring to become coaches for RDA - a training we will provide for those interested.
Giving your time to Bank Farm RDA will mean that more disabled children can enjoy the therapy and fun of horses. If you are interested, please complete the application form and send by email or post.

Make A Donation
At Bank Farm RDA, we do not charge for our sessions, so we are entirely run on donations. Our annual costs are around £20,000, so we rely on raising this amount each year in order to keep our group running.
Bank Farm RDA is run solely by volunteers and we have no salaried-staff, so all of your contributions go straight to the group.
If you would like to contribute, we are registered with Just Giving, where you can donate directly, or fundraise on our behalf.
You can also contribute to our costs when shopping on Amazon by using AmazonSmile, or easyfundraising, and selecting Bank Farm RDA as your chosen charity.

Help Us Fundraise
We are always looking for people to help us with fundraising and welcome any ideas and/or contributions you might have. On Just Giving, you can choose to fund-raise on our behalf.
Alternatively, we are always excited to hear about any events you have in mind, so if you would like to organise a fundraising event, please contact us.
